Simmy's Helping Hands try to source all products from the Uk supporting British Brands. The majority of products in this hamper are made in the Uk.
The picture frame with module is designed but not made in the UK.
The Muslins are made in Pakistan.
The Honest Company baby products is from the USA.
All clothing is suitable for 0-3 months.
We can only accept orders from and to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We are not obligated to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done, for example, if:
- your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system;
- payment has been made using a card not issued in a country we dispatch to, or not where the billing address is;
- there is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product;
- the items ordered are no longer in stock or available; or
- if the items you have ordered are unavailable for any reason you will be notified as soon as possible.
All products are subject to availability, which is subject to change.
We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary, or to conform with any changes in UK or EU requirements.
We try to ensure that information regarding products on our Website is as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors.
Images of products shown on our Website are for illustration only. We may substitute or discontinue any particular products, including any specific products which make up the content of a hamper, at any time and for any reason (including lack of availability). Images of products shown on the Website, and colours shown on screen, are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow, but may not always represent the exact image or colour of the final product.
If you are a consumer then, in accordance with the requirements of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) (the “Distance Selling Regulations”), you may be entitled to cancel an order for products from our Website, within 14 days of receiving them.
If you wish to make use of the above cancellation rights, you should write to us at info@simmyshelpinghands.com as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order before delivery (where possible), otherwise once delivered you will need to:
(a) make sure that the products have not been used and remain in good saleable condition and retained in their original packaging; and
(b)pay for the return of the products to us.
We will then provide you with a full refund of the price of the products.
However, if for any reason the products are returned to us in a damaged or unsaleable state, we reserve the right to deduct a relevant amount of your refund to cover such loss or damage.
We reserve our rights not to accept any returns or cancelled orders outside of the above conditions. Any refunds made under the terms of this clause, will be made within 30 days.

Delivery will be made to the address you have provided to us. It is your responsibility to
ensure that there is an adult available at the address to sign for and receive the products.
Delivery times will be notified to you. If for any reason we are unable to make that delivery
time, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, we will not be liable for any delay in
delivery, due in whole or in part to any reason beyond our control.
The customer is obligated to ensure that the delivery address supplied to us is correct. If for
any reason there is no one available at the delivery address, or no one answers the door
when our delivery person arrives, we may leave the goods outside your premises or with aneighbour (if there is someone available). However, in such circumstances, we shall not be liable for any theft, loss or damage caused to the products as a result.
Title in the products shall not pass until the price of the products have been paid in full. The risk of loss for such items will pass to the customer upon delivery of the items.
